Replacement materials will be provided on a per-section basis. To qualify for replacement materials, you must:

• Have purchased the Gleim CPA Review System (which consists of Review books, Test Prep Software, Audio CDs, Gleim Online, and Test Prep for Windows Mobile) either one section at a time or as a four-section set within the last 18 months directly from Gleim.
• Have not passed the exam section(s).
• Have paid exam fees.
• Have completed at least 25% of the study units purchased for the exam section(s), including multiple-choice, true/false, and simulation questions. (In the BEC section, only multiple-choice and true/false questions must be completed).
• Make contact with your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND calling by phone before completing no more than five of the Gleim Online study units. International candidates are not required to contact their Personal Counselor by phone.

The Personal Counselors will evaluate your need for current materials and may request documentation for verification of the above conditions. Such documentation will include, but is not limited to:

• Grade Report from last exam date (must be within the most recent testing window).
• Notice to Schedule (NTS).
• Test Center (Prometric) appointment confirmation.
• Receipts for exam fee payments.

Guarantee Details:

• Product Replacement can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from Gleim.
• The Product Replacement Guarantee can only be used for purchases of the Gleim CPA Review System. No product that was purchased separate from the Gleim CPA Review System qualifies for Product Replacment.

We GUARANTEE you will PASS the CPA exam on your first sitting using Gleim CPA Review System, which consists of Review books, Test Prep Software, Audio CDs, Gleim Online, and Test Prep for Windows Mobile. If you do not pass the CPA exam section(s) for which you have purchased the Gleim CPA Review System, you will receive your choice of either a refund for CPA Gleim Online or unlimited Continued Access to CPA Gleim Online until you pass. This guarantee is exclusively for those customers who have bought the Gleim CPA Review System as described above. To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee:

• Contact your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND calling by phone (International candidates are not required to contact their Personal Counselor by phone. They must contact their Personal Counselor by email) before completing no more than five of the Gleim Online study units (sooner is better).
• Complete 90% of CPA Gleim Online before sitting for the corresponding section(s) of the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90% of each Gleim Online instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in their entirety.
• Complete 90% of each question type. This includes multiple-choice, true/false, and simulation questions. (In the BEC section, only multiple-choice and true/false questions must be completed).
• Sit for the purchased section(s) within 9 months of your purchase date.
• Submit your grade report within 30 days of receipt.

Money-Back Guarantee Details:

• Refund can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from Gleim.
• If you choose the Money-Back Guarantee option, your refund is the discounted cost of the Online course portion of the Gleim CPA Review System only. You will not be refunded the cost of the entire Review System.
• The Money-Back Guarantee cannot be used for purchases of CPA Gleim Online separate from the Gleim CPA Review System. It is only available for customers who have purchased the Gleim CPA Review System, which consists of Review books, Test Prep Software, Audio CDs, Gleim Online, and Test Prep for Windows Mobile.
• Candidates who purchased the Gleim CPA Review System and choose the Money-Back Guarantee do not also qualify for the Continued Access. The Continued Access Guarantee is explained below.

Continued Access will be provided on a per-section basis. To qualify for Continued Access:

They must contact their Personal Counselor by email) before completing no more than five of the Gleim Online study units (sooner is better).
• Complete 90% of CPA Gleim Online before sitting for the corresponding section(s) of the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90% of each Gleim Online instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in their entirety.
• Complete 90% of each question type. This includes multiple-choice, true/false, and simulation questions. (In the BEC section, only multiple-choice and true/false questions must be completed).
• Sit for the purchased section(s) within 9 months of your purchase date. If you have to retake any section(s), and you choose unlimited CPA Gleim Online access, then you must immediately retake the unpassed section(s) in the following exam window.
• Submit your grade report within 30 days of receipt.

Continued Access Guarantee Details:

• Continued Access can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from Gleim.
• The Continued Access Guarantee can be used for purchases of CPA Gleim Online separate from the Gleim CPA Review System or purchases of CPA Gleim Online as part of the Gleim CPA Review System.
• Candidates who purchased the Gleim CPA Review System and choose Continued Access do not also qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee.
