Candidates often blame the time between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day for why they get off track with their studies. With all the holiday plans, travel, and parties it can be difficult to continue with the study habits formed prior to Thanksgiving, but it isn’t impossible.
Stay focused by writing down your study schedule. I can’t stress this point enough. Consider your study time as an appointment with success, and write it in your calendar. You may have to make small adjustments to your schedule because of travel times or last-minute invitations that you just can’t pass up. However, if you already have it written in your calendar, you are more likely to reschedule your study appointment, rather than just canceling it.
