Be part of a team within the IT Department that provides support for our external customers through emails and phones and for our internal staff directly. Installs computer software products, modifies/repairs hardware and resolves technical difficulties. Requirements - Strong hardware knowledge. Good customer service skills. Able to problem solve. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. A+ certification a plus.
