We GUARANTEE that RTRP Gleim Online and the Gleim RTRP Practice Exam will remain current for at least 12 months from your purchase date, even if Gleim releases a new edition during that time.

Continued Access will be provided on an as-needed basis. To qualify for Continued Access:

• You must have purchased directly from Gleim.
• Contact your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND calling by phone (International candidates are not required to contact their Personal Counselor by phone. They must contact their Personal Counselor by email) before completing no more than three of the Gleim Online study units (sooner is better).
• Complete 90% of RTRP Gleim Online before sitting for the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90% of each Gleim Online instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in their entirety.
• Complete 90% of each question type in Gleim Online. This includes questions in the Preliminary, Study, and Final Quizzes.
• Sit for the exam within 12 months of your purchase date. If you have to retake the exam, you must immediately do so within three months.
• Submit your grade report within 48 hours of receiving your grade.
