Replacement materials will be provided on a per-part basis. To qualify for replacement materials, you must:

Money-Back Guarantee Details:

• Complete 90% of CMA Gleim Online before sitting for the corresponding part(s) of the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90% of each Gleim Online instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in their entirety.
• Complete 90% of each question type . This includes multiple-choice, true/false, and essay questions.
• Sit for the purchased part(s) within 9 months of your purchase date. If you have to retake any part(s) and you choose unlimited CMA Gleim Online access, then you must immediately retake the unpassed part(s) in the following exam window.
• Submit your Prometric results within 60 days of the close of the testing window in which you sat for the exam.

Continued Access Guarantee Details:

• Continued Access can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from Gleim.
• The Continued Access Guarantee can be used for purchases of CMA Gleim Online separate from the Gleim CMA Review System or purchases of CMA Gleim Online as part of the Gleim CMA Review System.
• Candidates who purchased the Gleim CMA Review System and choose Continued Access do not also qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee.
