Below are the explanations of the three Gleim Guarantees that you may be eligible for. Please
read each Guarantee carefully and note the requirements and the details. Note especially which
products must be purchased to be eligible for each Guarantee.
Gleim EA Review System Replacement Guarantee
We GUARANTEE that all components of the
Gleim EA Review System
[whether purchased one part at a time
(EA 1, EA 2, or EA 3) or as a three-part set
(EA 1, EA 2, and EA 3)] will remain current for at
least 12 months from your purchase date. If Gleim releases
a new edition for any exam part you have purchased within
12 months, but not yet passed, you may qualify to receive
complimentary replacement Review Books, Test Prep Software, Test Prep for Windows Mobile, and
Audio CDs for only the cost of shipping and handling, and your
EA Gleim Online will update automatically.
Replacement materials will be provided on a per-part basis. To qualify for replacement materials you must:

Have purchased the
Gleim EA Review System
(including Review Books, Test Prep Software, Audio CDs, and Gleim Online) either
one part at a time or as a
three-part set within the last
12 months directly from Gleim.

Have not passed the exam part(s).

Have paid exam fees.

Have completed at least 25% of the study units purchased for the exam
part(s), including
multiple-choice and true/false questions.

Make contact with your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND
calling by phone before completing no more than
five of the Gleim Online study units.
International candidates are not required to contact their Personal Counselor by phone.
The Personal Counselors will evaluate your need for current materials and may request
documentation for verification of the above conditions. Such documentation will include,
but is not limited to:

Test Center (Prometric) appointment confirmation.

Receipts of exam fee payments.

Proof of current registration.
Guarantee Details:
- Product Replacement can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from
Gleim.
- The Product Replacement Guarantee can only be used for purchases of the
Gleim EA Review System.
No product that was purchased separate from the
Gleim EA Review System
qualifies for Product Replacement.
Gleim EA Review System Money-Back Guarantee
We GUARANTEE you will PASS the EA exam on your first sitting using
Gleim EA Review System,
which consists of the Review books, Test Prep Software, Audio CDs, and Gleim Online. If you do not pass the
EA exam part(s)
for which you have purchased the
Gleim EA Review System,
you will receive your choice of either a refund for EA Gleim
Online or unlimited Continued Access to EA Gleim Online
until you pass. This guarantee is exclusively for those customers who have bought the
Gleim EA Review System
as described above. To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantees:

Contact your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND
calling by phone (International candidates are not required to contact their Personal
Counselor by phone. They must contact their Personal Counselor by email) before completing
no more than five of the Gleim Online study units
(sooner is better).

Complete 90% of EA Gleim Online before sitting for the corresponding
part(s) of the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90%
of each Gleim Online instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in
their entirety.

Complete 90% of each question type. This includes multiple-choice and true/false questions.

Sit for the purchased part(s) within
12 months of your purchase date.

Submit your grade report within 48 hours of receiving your grade.
Money-Back Guarantee Details:
- Refund can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from Gleim.
- If you choose the Money-Back Guarantee option, your refund is the discounted cost of
the Online course portion of the
Gleim EA Review System
only. You will not be refunded the cost of the entire Review System.
- The Money-Back Guarantee cannot be used for purchases of
EA Gleim Online separate from the
Gleim EA Review System.
It is only available for customers who have purchased the
Gleim EA Review System,
including Review books, Test Prep Software, Audio CDs, and Gleim Online.
- Candidates who purchased the
Gleim EA Review System
and choose the Money-Back Guarantee do not also qualify for the Continued Access.
The Continued Access Guarantee is explained below.
EA Gleim Online Continued Access Guarantee
We GUARANTEE that EA Gleim Online (whether purchased
one part at a time, as a
three-part set, or as part of the
Gleim EA Review System)
will remain current for at least 12 months from your purchase date.
Continued Access will be provided on a per-part basis.
To qualify for Continued Access:

Contact your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND
calling by phone (International candidates are not required to contact their Personal
Counselor by phone. They must contact their Personal Counselor by email) before completing
no more than five of the Gleim Online study units (sooner is better).

Complete 90% of EA Gleim Online before sitting for
the corresponding part(s) of the exam. This
requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90% of each Gleim Online
instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online
study units in their entirety.

Complete 90% of each question type. This includes
multiple-choice and true/false questions.

Sit for the purchased part(s) within
12 months of your purchase date. If you have to
retake any part(s), and you choose unlimited
EA Gleim Online access, then you must immediately
retake the unpassed part(s) within three months.

Submit your grade report within 48 hours of receiving your grade.
Continued Access Guarantee Details:
- Continued Access can only be offered to customers who purchased directly from Gleim.
- The Continued Access Guarantee can be used for purchases of
EA Gleim Online separate from the
Gleim EA Review System
or purchases of EA Gleim Online as a part of the
Gleim EA Review System.
- Candidates who purchased the
Gleim EA Review System
and choose Continued Access do not also qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee.
