How do I install my Test Prep Software?
Be sure to close all programs before you attempt to install this Test Prep Software,
including any virus scan software.

Go to www.gleim.com.

Enter your email address and password into the appropriate
boxes and then click Log In. If you do not remember your account information
for Gleim, call Professor Relations at 800.874.5346, ext. 658.

Click the tab labeled Test Prep Software.

Click on the software you want to download.

Click on the button that says Download Now.

On this page you may see a TICKET NUMBER that you may need during
installation. This is a temporary number that is only used once per download. You should not
need to write it down.

If the download does not begin automatically, click on the link that says Click Here to
Download and follow the instructions provided on your screen. Your software will be
automatically activated for you, so there will be no need for you to enter any information.
Note: If you do not accept the default installation
directory, do NOT abort setup, as this may erase other files contained in the
destination directory you have chosen. If you experience any other problems with
your installation, please call technical support at (800) 87-GLEIM or fill out
our Online Technical Support
Form, which will better assist us in responding to your problem.
