How many Continuing Education (CE) hours do I need to complete?

Enrolled Agents are required by the IRS to complete a minimum of 16 hours of CE every year and 72 hours of CE every three years.

Does it matter what courses I take?

All of your courses must be IRS-approved, and two CE hours each year must be on ethics. Gleim is an IRS-Approved Continuing Education Provider.

How many times can I retake the qualified assessment to complete the course?

You can retake the qualified assessment as many times as necessary to earn a passing score.
