This is our primary logo.
When the primary logo doesn’t fit your composition, use the vertical logo.
The Gleim Exam Prep logo should have a margin of clear space on all sides around it equal to the letter “G” typeface width. No other elements (text, images, other logos, etc.) should appear inside this clear space.
The minimum size of our primary logo is 2 inches wide in print, or 144px wide on screen. Legibility is a top priority. Ensure the ® symbol is clearly visible.
Our logo can be used on a light and dark background.
On light backgrounds, use our full-color logo.
On dark backgrounds, use our full-color logo with white text.
If our logo is being printed in one color on a light background, use our black logo.
If our logo is being printed in one color on a dark background, use our white logo.
Don’t stretch or distort our logo.
Don’t rotate our logo.
Don’t change the color of our logo.
Don’t place our logo on brightly colored or complex backgrounds.
Gleim Exam Prep (“Gleim”) has created these Trademark Guidelines to help our partners, affiliates, and other authorized third parties understand how to use Gleim’s brand assets correctly, including Gleim logos, trademarks, service marks, and any other word, name, phrase, image, or other designation that identifies the source or origin of any of Gleim’s products or services (“Gleim Brand Assets”). You are permitted to use the Gleim Brand Assets only in accordance with these Trademark Guidelines and as described in the Gleim Brand Guidelines above. Any use of Gleim Brand Assets contrary to the Trademark Guidelines or Brand Guidelines is prohibited. Gleim reserves the right to revise or update the Trademark Guidelines and Brand Guidelines at any time, at our sole discretion.
If you have a separate written agreement with Gleim, that agreement may include different or additional terms concerning the use of the Gleim Brand Assets. If so, please follow the specific guidelines in your agreement as well as these Guidelines. To the extent these terms differ, the specific guidelines in your agreement will control.
Gleim Brand Assets
For purposes of clarification, Gleim Brand Assets include both registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks of Gleim, including the Gleim word mark, the Gleim vertical logo and horizontal logo, and other Gleim slogans and taglines.
How to use Gleim Brand Assets
You may only use Gleim Brand Assets in the most current form provided by Gleim according to the Trademark Guidelines and Brand Guidelines, including the do’s and don’t’s outlined below:
Do not use the Gleim Brand Assets as part of any of your own trademarks, logos, company names, icons, product or feature names, domain names, social media handles, or avatars. For example, do not physically combine or intermingle any Gleim Brand Assets with your own trademarks or logo; they must remain separate.
Do not modify the Gleim Brand Assets in any way, including by changing any colors or dimensions, obstructing or printing over any part of the asset, or adding your own design elements.
When you are designing your own website and marketing materials, do not imitate the distinctive look and feel of any of Gleim’s website, apps, logos, trade dress, slogans, taglines, color scheme, icons, or marketing materials. Also, do not register or use a domain name that incorporates “Gleim” or any confusingly similar term in the domain name itself.
Do not use any Gleim Brand Asset in a damaging or derogatory way, or in connection with any social media or website that violates any law or Gleim’s User Terms of Service.
When you reference Gleim, your reference must clearly and accurately indicate your relationship to Gleim. Do not use the Gleim Brand Assets in a way that suggests or implies sponsorship or endorsement by Gleim, or any affiliation with Gleim.
