Passing the CIA exam was a fantastic feeling, with relief and pride intertwining. I was awarded the Dr. Glenn Sumners Student Medal as the student who scored highest on the CIA exam in 2020 after passing all three parts of the CIA exam on the first attempt. This certainly would not have been possible without Gleim. The review material covered what I needed to know to pass the finish line. The emulation of the actual exam interface and plenty of practice testing within the Gleim Review System was another key to my success. During the review, I particularly enjoyed the baseline quizzes at the beginning of each subunit. Those quizzes made me excited to dive into reviewing the subunit’s material and kept me attentive throughout my studies. I also enjoyed the audio lectures that I could take with me on my morning run to start an effective study day. While taking the actual exam, I was confident and better able to manage my time thanks to practicing with Gleim. Based on my experience, I have been recommending Gleim to colleagues and friends for their studies. Personally, I’m continuing to use Gleim to prepare for the CMA, and I look forward to utilizing the CPA review course very soon.
