Bradford Cadmus Memorial Award

“What is the Bradford Cadmus Memorial Award? What are the benefits of the award? May I nominate someone for this award? If so, how?”

The Bradford Cadmus Memorial Award attributes its name to the memory of Bradford Cadmus, the original managing director of the Institute of Internal Auditors. The award recognizes individuals, regardless of their status as an IIA member, who have made outstanding contributions in research, education, publications, or other activities that have placed a positive impact on the field of internal auditing.

The award consists of a suitably inscribed plaque, scroll, or other type of memento, a lifetime IIA membership, and complimentary registration to all IIA International Conferences. Award recipients and their respective spouses attending the International Conference will receive complimentary conference registration, travel to and from the conference, and reasonable costs for meals and lodging.

The IIA will accept from any member, group of members, or chapter of The Institute of Internal Auditors. The organization requires a full explanation as to why the nominee should receive the award. For more information, please visit http://www.theiia.org/?doc_id=188.
