Academic Site License Terms and Conditions

GLEIM PUBLICATIONS INC.

Professors and accounting faculty at colleges and universities (Licensee) can obtain a free Academic Site License from Gleim Publications, Inc. (Gleim) according to the following provisions:

1. Gleim will provide free use of the Gleim Assessment Quiz. An unlimited number of students may utilize the Assessment Quiz. Contact your Professor Relations Coordinator at 800.874.5346 ext. 658 or by email at professor.relations@gleim.com to discuss how to take advantage of this benefit.
2. Students may purchase Review materials at student discounted prices. Student orders under the Site License must be placed directly through Gleim. Bookstores may not purchase Review materials at the Academic Site License prices.
3. Each student will provide a student email address for verification when they order. If students do not have student email addresses, Licensee must provide a roster of students’ first and last names for verification. Only current students or those who graduated in previous six months are eligible.
4. The Licensee may request one set of Review Books to be placed on reserve in the department office or in the library. Licensee may also request copies of the Exam Guide: A System for Success booklet to distribute to students (limit 90 booklets per request).

To enroll in the complimentary site license, contact your Professor Relations Coordinator for access to the electronic agreement form. Upon receipt and processing, Gleim will provide Licensee with a PDF document explaining student discounts.

Gleim will grant Licensee and each of its students and faculty the nontransferable right to use these materials for the period expiring December 31st. The license may be renewed annually thereafter.

This agreement applies to CPA, CMA, CIA, and EA licenses.
